By booking a service with Coastal Cool Air, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service.
Customers will be contacted for approval before any additional work is carried out.

3. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments are required for all services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to show up without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full upon completion of the service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

While we take every care with your vehicle, Coastal Cool Air is not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing faults, manufacturer defects, or external factors).

Customer details will be kept confidential and used only for booking, service records, and warranty purposes.
